Membership Terms & Restrictions
To maintain service quality and fair access for all members, the following terms apply:
Membership Commitment
- A 6- weeks minimum commitment is required.
- Membership renews Bi-weekly automatically after the initial term unless canceled with proper notice.
Billing & Payments
- Membership fees are auto-billed Bi-weekly.
- Missed or failed payments may result in temporary suspension of membership benefits until resolved.
Services Included
- Membership covers hair extension maintenance services only, as outlined in the selected plan.
- Valid for up to 4 rows of hair extensions.
- Additional rows, upgrades, or corrective work are available at member-only pricing.
Hair & Product Costs
- Hair extensions are not included in the membership.
- Hair is purchased separately to ensure quality and customization.
- Product purchases are not eligible for membership discounts unless otherwise stated.
Appointments & Usage
- Membership benefits apply to one client only and are non-transferable.
- Missed appointments or unused services do not roll over to future months.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeited services for that month.
Discounts & Promotions
- Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, specials, or third-party offers.
- Preferred member pricing applies to extension service labor only, unless otherwise specified.
Booking & Availability
- Priority booking is subject to stylist availability.
- Prime-time and weekend booking priority is offered to VIP members but is not guaranteed during peak periods.
Changes & Cancellation
- Membership pricing is locked in while active.
- Cancellations must be submitted after the minimum commitment period with proper notice.
- Once canceled, rejoining may be subject to current pricing and availability.
General Conditions
- Membership benefits are subject to change with notice.
- Salon reserves the right to modify or discontinue the membership program to maintain service quality.
- Abuse of membership privileges may result in termination of membership without refund.
